Our approach
Our case process
Every matter follows four fixed phases: from intake to completion. You know exactly what happens, who does what, and when you can expect a result.
-
Phase 1
Phase 1
Introduction
Introduction and assessment
You outline your situation. We assess which Turkish law applies, whether a process is viable, and what is realistic from the Netherlands.
-
Phase 2
Phase 2
Engagement
Plan, timeline and costs
You receive a clear step-by-step plan with scope, schedule and quote. Only then do we start. No surprises afterwards.
-
Phase 3
Phase 3
Representation
Execution in Turkey
We conduct procedures, negotiations and correspondence in Turkey. You receive updates in Dutch.
-
Phase 4
Phase 4
Completion
Outcome and follow-up
You receive the outcome, relevant documents and, where needed, follow-up until your file is truly closed.
Practical: what you provide
Depending on the file we ask for ID, relevant contracts, judgments, powers of attorney or correspondence. After the introduction you receive a checklist. You do not have to guess what matters.
Language and availability
You communicate in Dutch. We translate or summarise procedural documents in Turkish so you can decide without legal jargon.
Travel to Turkey
In many files a power of attorney is sufficient. If you must be present, for example at certain hearings, you hear that early, with alternatives where possible.
